Privacy & Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Apphaulic will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Policies for Termination of Contract / Agreements and Refunds
No refunds shall be offered, where a Service (such as initial requirement gathering, detailed proposals & contracts, app design & development etc.) from Apphaulic is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. In case the client commits a breach of his contract or is unable to perform the whole or part of it at any time/stage/point, the contract between Apphaulic and the client shall stand null and void and Apphaulic will not be liable to refund any monies. Such a case will immediately be forwarded to Apphaulic’s legal department that will have the absolute power to exercise penalties or damages at their discretion.
Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded upon Apphaulic’s discretion. Once the client has completely finalized his project details with our apps expert and it has already been begun, then any additional requirements that he may ask to include later might result in addition of an extra sum of money to the total amount of your project. Such an amount shall depend on the type and nature of the change he wishes to bring to the project.
